Stress is the body and mind responses to different situations we encounter. It is the emotional and body strain caused from the pressure from our environment, our daily activities from schools and even at work. We must not let stress get out of control. We must learn how to control it.
The signs of stress are being irritated easily to things around us that annoys us. Unable to concentrate on the things we are doing of what we must do. Sometimes stress can lead us to headaches and a non normal heartbeat. Sometimes we feel we don’t have enough energy to do things we want and we need to do. We can’t even focus.
The most stressful events in our life are the changes and unexpected situations. Like death, divorce, death of close person to you, sickness in one of your family member. Also environmental changes, events in the countries such as economy. Exposing in a polluted places.
We can handle stress in different ways. Like for example sleeping. It is the greatest way to relax our mind and our body. Sometimes lack of sleep can lead your stress worse for you. Enough sleep ca lessen the stress you feel and can refresh your mind. Sometimes can settle your emotion.
There are times stress can be relieve just having a conversation with your friends and relatives. Even you don’t get to their house there’s a lot of means to communicate with them. Like cellphones, telephone, having a chat with friends. After talking to someone you may forget your stress.
My mother used to have tea when see feel stressed. She said it helps her relax her mind and body. Taking a seat and having a tea relieves her stress.
Stress can be face, we just think of ways to overcome our stress. Do not let stress control your emotion and mind it can lead to something bad.

Even working or just staying at home safety measures must always be on our mind. Having a safety procedure at home or at work was a better way to prevent accidents scenes to happens.
Accidents occurs everywhere and anytime. We can’t say when and where will the accident will happen. Having safety with everything we do is a better way to prevent it.
Safety first sign was not just be seen on a constructions site. Even at home at the kitchen, at the garage, working places anywhere that we think we need a reminder that we have to always be careful.
Some people after having an accident that is the time they think that before they had an accident they think of being careful but they didn’t so. That’s why accident happens to them. So why wait for us to have an accident, safety measure can prevent us from having an accident so always keep on our mind to be careful in all we do and always safety first.

How often do you visit your dentist?
My dentist said I have to visit her at least twice a year. For the prevention of dental problems. Having dental problems is complicated especially if you are a student. Even employees should visits their dentist. Not just for employees of restaurants who serves foods and always gives their smile to everyone but also for those who work in an office. How can you join your co-employee’s group conversation’s if you can’t smile or can’t talk because of some dental problems.
Even mother who is always at busy doing her household chores must have time for themselves. They should spare a time to visits their dentist. Housewife does not just have responsibilities at home but also for their our body and health. How can a mother prepare for breakfast if she is suffereing from a tootaches.
I believe that every one of us should have a time to have a dental check-up it is also a part of our health’s maintenance. Preventing sickness from all parts of our body.
